WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPING?
All items are subject to a processing period before they are shipped. Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days of payment. You will receive an email when your items have been shipped.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Our cheese boards are shipped from within the United States which take between 3-5 business days to be delivered. Please note delivery times increase around holidays.
WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
In some cases, in order to continue passing savings on to our customers, some of our products ship without a tracking number. However, your orders have a 100% delivery guarantee. Please see below for details
IS MY ORDER GUARANTEED?
If for some reason you don’t receive your order within the time frame specified above, send us an email and we’ll issue either a refund or send a free replacement. If your tracking number shows that the order was delivered, but you claim to not have received it, we will offer a replacement at our discretion, on a case by case basis.
WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER INVALID?
It may take several days for the tracking numbers to show up as valid on the USPS or UPS website.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Products might be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving your products.
